Thanks, that's what I needed. I was able to get to the link just fine, but they used to have a problem solving page that was certainly easier to find and more helpful. One would think that you should be able to access it while in the tree and not have to go out to do so. Further, average dopes like me wouldn't think to call it "product support" but that's just me.
