I've had the problem of children showing need to be sealed while individual record gives date for a very long time. Can you combine the parents and get rid of the problem? This has gone on for sometime and I have contacted them about it but nothing seems to happen. I know that I have submitted many sealings which I know are done but now must be done over again because of this problem. If you know they've been done, don't re-do them. Eventually they'll get it sorted out. But I agree it is frustrating in the meantime.
