"Add Source" is meant for you to manually add a source, thus the need to fill in the boxes. If you want to use a source from your Source Box, with info pre-filled, you have to click on "Go to Source Box" instead and use what you have already added from FamilySearch. You have to be signed in to see the link to Source Box, below your name and just above the image. Unless the set of records you are looking at does not allow for adding to Source Box? I did note when I went to the link you provided, the Source Box link did not show up, but I also was not showing as signed in either. -Terri J.
