    3. I am having a serious problem with sealing duplication. I contact them this a.m. After combining and getting a family together (some of the parents have had as many as 9 duplicates and then getting the children duplicates all handled, then ready to do the ordinances. It then shows that ALL of the children need to be sealed to parents when going to do ordinances. When checking the children indvidually on their ordinances it shows the sealing to parents is done but there is a duplicate set of the same named parents and the sealing shows not done. Only one set of parents shows up and there are no duplicates for either parent but the sealing shows 2 one done and one not done. When going to the pedigree to do the temple work it then causes duplicate sealings to occur. I know this has happened over at least the last week. Has anyone else noticed this severe problem? 3. I wonder if this happens when combining duplicates of parents and the children are listed twice. You can't tell which version of the children has the ordinances and those might be getting deleted if you don't move them to the left side then combine duplicate children. I am not sure if this is how it works but it makes sense to me. I assume you are aware that if you can find the duplicate parents and they do not show when asking for duplicate records, that you can merge by using the ID numberof the duplicate. Sometimes they both show up from the child'sPerson Page. Iwould contact FamilySearch support (or is that who you contacted "this a.m."?) with the ID numbers of the persons you know have work done that does not show up. Also give your own Contact Name and Helper Number, as well as your own name and contact information. Ann A. 3. That makes sense. I also thought that in the merge process it was the records of the children with ordinances that might be getting deleted, leaving the records of the unsealed ones on the tree. -----Mensagem Original----- From: Ann Amadori Sent: Wednesday, May 22, 2013 4:52 PM To: lds-ward-consultant@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [LDS-WC] sealings problem I wonder if this happens when combining duplicates of parents and the children are listed twice.
