    2. The point is that with "shared" names which are sent to the temple district you ARE working on local names submissions. Now they are just creating another layer. I'm still not happy and wondering if this will double the time necessary for my names to get done. I lost 200 cards when I sent them to the temple with a high councilor for a stake YSA baptism years ago. That's why I exclusively have used the "shared" button over the years.
