    2. Thanks, David. I will try this. I am so frustrated. I couldn't even find the Help documents in the "Help Center" on Family Tree. Sigh. Where is it? And as for Help Documents, convulted way to get there.... step OUT of Family Tree into Search portion (where the records are) click "Get Help" scroll to Help Center Go to Product Support box see "Type and press "Enter" box Type 106612 and enter Any search on any item can be searched there.
