She doesn't want to delete whole tree, just prune out the wrong leaves/branches. Does she have to delete gedcom and upload corrected gedcom, no matter what? She'll either have to delete the whole thing and start over fresh or prune it person by person or branch by branch. Maybe deleting the first relationship to the wrong Wilson tree woulddo the trick.
