Ask the RS if the Sister has contact the mother & gotten permission. The Church is becoming very adamant about that these days Were there any children from the marriage? They would take precedence over the mother in getting permission, I'd think. And she would only need permission from one of them. And for that matter, they might want to do their father, or be present when his work is done.
