Thank you to those who responded regarding "Your Stake in Heaven." How did the stake get its count? I heard once we weren't supposed to ask people for attendance/contribution numbers. Was it voluntary? Jerry

Records are generated when people check into the Temple. They may, or may not, know what people are doing (ie baptisms, initiatory, endowments, sealings) once they get inside, but they do get feedback of some kind from the Temple system, probably on both a Stake and Ward level.
