Hi, I know similar topics have been discussed, but I need a refresher if someone would be so kind. I have a member that some years ago submitted through Temple Ready a number of ancestors for temple work. The baptisms were done but most of the rest of the ordinances were not done at that time by the member. He wants to continue where he left off. I gave him homework to do over the week: 1) see if he could find the cards with the partially completed ordinances; 2) check on NFS and do any combination that needs to be done before doing any further temple work, then re-checking to see if work still needs to be done; 3) I also discussed claiming any of his prior Legacy Contributor submissions to Family Search (I'll work further with him on that). So my question to you is: Assuming after all the above, NFS shows the work still not done, and he can't find his original cards, and that it is "In Progress" or "Reserved", presumably originally by him (but not on his Temple list) --- How does he reclaim the Temple Submissions (done under Temple Ready) so he can now continue the work? thanks, -- Dan Taysom [email protected]
