Two things have happened with my names. 1. If I have the cards and they are not listed in my temple file, I still have gone in and completed the names. They do show up after the ordinances have been done. 2. When I found I did not have the cards anymore, but know I submitted them, I went directly to the temple where I processed them and they were under my name. I had the cards reprinted there and then continued with the ordinances.
