In your case, there are three sets of parents for your Martha Ashton. If you combine the parents, it will most likely resolve the SP reporting problem. See KD 102831.

HI Gay, It looks like there are duplicate father's. Do you see the little asterisk next to the father's name on the pedigree chart. If you click that, then there are tabs to "resolve duplicate father". Once you combine those records then the family screen should show the temple ordinance complete.
