    3. England has many more subdivisions than we do in the U.S. West Riding is the title of a civil admistrative district. I would check to see if Wortly is near Sheffield. It. May be a sub district of Sheffield. The locations in England should still be recorded city, county, state. Therefore I would use either Wortly, Yorkshire, England or. Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. Whichever is the most correct.
