Your helper access number The name and Person Identifier of the individual or individuals in question A description of the problem. (Incorrect Gender) Proof of what the gender should be. This may be a document such as a birth certificate, marriage license, census record or personal knowledge, or the knowledge of a close family member who knew the individual. It could also be proof that the system contains a duplicate person who is clearly the same individual but with the correct gender. Send it in. Am I going to have to put a dispute on her, or is there another way to remove the mythical female from the family since I can't contact the submitter?
