    2. Agree. And this is helpful to temple workers/patrons who receive the printed name slips as well. Sometimes the name slips with just a last name are confusing to some patrons. They are instructed to use Miss/Mrs/Mr as appropriate. Michele In a message dated 6/9/2009 6:17:24 A.M.
