I am helping a brother who only wants to do work for a few of his ancestors and let the temple do the rest. When I get to the page on submission where I choose to let others do the work, I click that. A page comes up with "Temple" in all the ordinance spots. I click Okay. Why are these names on the reserved list? And why do they show "reserved" on the family page? And when I try to send them to the temple, I can't get them to go? What am I missing?
