I went to the Help Center (and should have done that first!) Jill is, as always, right on mark. I sent a message to feedback with the same kinds of info we are generally asked for in duplicated records. What I wonder is ...how in the world could I have submitted a "read-only" record??? It seems to be related to a duplicate membership record, and the only way to fix it is to give the record numbers to feedback. I've had some of them fixed, but one of them never was.
