Last Saturday, my husband and I were invited to attend the own endowment session of one of his priests, now leaving for a mission to the Philippines. I realized that this young man wasn't going to have any family marriages before he left for the MTC and would not have an opportunity to participate in sealings (marriage or children to parents). Full-time missionaries do not participate in prayer circle or sealings or any paired off activities. We made a point to invite him and his mother tomorrow when we are temple workers and to participate in our regular 12 noon sealing session which is generally made up of temple workers. This way he will get to hear those wonderful blessings before he has to teach them!! Those of you in a position to do so, might want to assist other young men and women in your wards to have that experience as well if possible.
