Our temple allows us to send the FOR code by mail to the temple. Not the number alone but a scan of the code and numbers on the FOR. Then the temple prints the mail and scans the code and prints the cards. That way we could also share cards over distance. Str. Clear the names through nFS, and get the cards printed. Once the cards are printed, any temple can handle them. Be sure to photocopy your cards before you mail them to others, so that you'll have the barcode information in case anything happens to the mail.
