Hi! I'm still unsuccessful at logging into FamilySearch Indexing. Brother Todeschini suggested I log on through "the web site" but didn't say which web site. I did not receive a notice about the update to indexing so I don't know what the instructions were about logging into indexing after the update. I tried the Church web site, but it didn't work. FamilySearch Indexing support announced that our desk top icons may not work after the shut down last week. They said to use the other connection through www.familysearch.org. If that doesn't work, telephone 1-866-406-1830 (FamilySearch Support) and ask to speak to someone with FamilySearch Indexing. Please let us know how you are able to eventually access Indexing. There also was an update for Java earlier this week. Just wondering if this might be related. Don't forget either to delete cookies and temp files. Go to https://www.familysearchindexing.org/home.jsf click on Start Indexing and it should work for you.
