    1. Re: [LDS-WC] How many members do genealogy
    2. I'll bet they don't want to hear that!!!. It's also true that sometimes a given area does run out of accessible records. While something may be hidden in someone's attic, there are times when nothing else is available for a given time period. On the other hand, wasn't it Brigham Young who promised that the Lord would send angels to the Temples with the records we needed to accomplish the work needed if it was necessary. So my guess is, if we haven't been met by an angel at some point of our Temple service, there's more we can do outside the Temple to do successfully research. Go to that website, click on the free download button and select the other category. Then click on the next set link and look for the howmuch.pdf file. Right click on it to download it to your computer. I also ask them to bring a copy of their data file to the FHC so we can run it through the GenCharts for PAF program and print out a Research Status Chart for them. This chart shows the number of ancestors in each generation, the number identified in their data file, the number of repeat ancestors, the percentage of total ancestors identified, and the birth year range for each generation. This chart gives one a pretty clear picture of where they are at in their research efforts.
