The NFS "Conditions of Use" states that you must have permission from any living persons that you enter data on even though you are the only person who should be able to view it. "Permission from Living Persons. Whenever you contribute genealogical data to FamilySearch, you affirm that you have received permission from all living persons whose data you are contributing to give their personal information to FamilySearch and GSU under the terms of this Agreement. You are the only one that can view information that you contribute about living persons." I personally have not entered any living persons though some of them show up as entries made by Ancestral File contributions. My Father's siblings are now all deceased but at the time of the contribution I am almost positive that they were living. Some of the work that I sent in years before the duplicate work was performed now have later dates for confirm. and initiatories. These ordinances were performed at the time baptisims and endowments were performed, right?? It's not a problem but it is a curiosity every time I run across this.
