Hi! I participate in FamilySearch Indexing. Yesterday, I had no problem logging in. Today, I can't. I use the same username/password combination for all church related sites. I can still access all of the other FamilySearch sites. Except indexing! Is there a problem with the system? How do I contact the people in charge to let them know I have a problem? I did send a message through the regular FamilySearch site, but I'm not sure if they are connected to the indexing program. HELP! Pete Thorne

there were updates made this week and indexers were advised to log on through the website the first time after the updates. Try doing this and it should work.
