    3. 1. We have been told not to add any more living people in nFS than is necessary to tie lines together. Entering dates for living cousins is not necessary and probably not very useful. You are the only person who can see the information you enter on living people. If they were members, their data is already included in nFS from church membership records, however since they are living you can't see them. If you have entered information on living individuals you would have to combine all of the duplicates entered in nFS from all the cousins that entered the information once they die. 2. If you use a program like AncestralQuest you can see the number of times that the ordinances have been performed for individuals. nFS has to choose one of the dates and it might not be the date you did the work. However, in AQ you can choose which date you want to show in your own files. I usually choose the earliest date but nFS may choose one later for it display. Some of the work that I sent in years before the duplicate work was performed now have later dates for confirm. and initiatories.  These ordinances were performed at the time baptisims and endowments were performed, right?? It's not a problem but it is a curiosity every time I run across this. > Thank you, Joan > > ____________________________________________________________ > Everything looks better on a beautiful new projector screen!
