I don't find FT nearly as easy to navigate around in, and so don't go to it very often. I can't answer the question of why other than to say that they are continually improving the system. I think that a lot of the difficulty in navigating is because it isn't fully programmed yet. Since we know that things are moving in that direction, I would suggest using it and giving quality feedback while it is still in a major programming phase. Jill Crandell
