It may be a function of the expectation of completing 200-300 baptisms per day. They divide that between whatever the number of youth who show up. So if we have smaller crowds, they get to do more. The constant problem is school days, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays, not enough during the mornings and early afternoons, hence more baptisms per person. That is why I planned on 10 to 25 per person for this youth group to cover 12 temples in 6 days, allowing for the leeway in each temple in accordance with each temple's flexible rules. It could be 10 in the mornings while more in afternoon/evenings. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday it is 2 temples each. Thursday it's 3 temples. Saturday one temple. David Samuelsen
