Can you have the YM presidency get them together for a few hours each week and have them work up some names? It would have more meaning to them to do their own ancestors. Maybe get with the RS or HP and have them spend a day in the FHC working up names. When we had a goal of x names in a year we managed to do it by having 5 people work through their lines and get the cards printed. This would be easier with nFS but it still isn't impossible. As you said "The prime reason is to give the youths the experience of what the youths in far away countries face with planning for long time to go to Temples such as Frankfurt, Freiberg, Stockholm, Berne, Madrid, etc." What better way to give them the experience than to actually do the research themselves.
