No arguments from me on this. I do BOTH. Sometimes I am miffed by how ignorant indexers can be when they don't read instructions. There were few batches I sent back to be reindexed. And equally some arbitrators who don't use zoom feature to check on spellings when necessary and times when they don't even follow instructions. I know because I challenged quite a number of them. They are pending reviews by supervisors.
