I have more than 280,000 names in my old paf file all of whom are related. Only about 50% of them are completed. 100,000 names is not really very large and CAN be done. I have a second database with just William Kelsey descendants which number 170,000,many of which also do not have temple work done. Large number of names can be added to the database but it does take some work. I added every one of these names myself without using gedcoms at all.
