I think the poster looks great. Someone mentioned the expressions on the people's faces could be a bit better, but I think they're fine. They have the expression of someone looking at you with that "You know better than that" look. Kind of like the "look" we got from our parents when we failed to do something and the look conveyed our parents feelings that "You know better" or "We expect more from you than the effort you've put in."
