I got one too and it does not make any sense at all, a direct contradiction of 106612 Bottom line, this message is giving wrong impression - ok to combine same names with similiar birthdates, etc but actually different persons. There was an e-mail sent out to you because you are waiting on records that were incorrectly combined. We would like you to know that our staff is working very quickly to solve these matters. The letter asked you to preform four steps, please disregard those steps. We ask your patients as our people continue to resolve data issues.
