It sounds like I need to wait before trying to unlink those incorrect parents from one of my lines because the Family Tree program is not working properly yet. You can certainly unlink the incorrect parents from your line. FamilySearch will be able to correct other things (incorrect ordinance work) that may still show when the tool is available to do so. It is a case by case basis depending on the situation. If you have multiple incorrect combining in new.familysearch that has created different people being merged into one person, that is a different story.
