When should an individual be deleted?  When searching for duplicates I have come up with possible matches that consist of the given name with an approximate birth date ... that is it ... when I look at them they are not connected to ANYONE.  Sometimes some of their work has been done ... sometimes nothing has been done for them ... So, far I have just merged them with my person ... but I was wondering if I should delete the ones that don't have any temple work done? So, when to delete and when to merge is the question ...
