Hi Can someone please point me in the correct direction as to how to input a name for a sister who has been married twice? This lady was married once and her husband died. When she remarried she used her married name. That is okay except it shows that she needs her temple ordinances but they were done before she married her first husband. Can you please point me in the direction of a knowledge document as to whether I should include her maiden name with the second husband or just how to handle it.. I am recovering from surgery and am still not functioning on all thrusters. Thanks for your help Jean
