How exciting! Of course, anything you say would be Spirit-led, but if possible, I think I would talk about the changes that have made things easier, the work behind that, the fact that it is geared more towards the younger generation and computer savvy (don't need to put it off until retirement, IOW), and include some personal accounts that you have witnessed as you worked with others. There is always some small miracle that happens as you do this, that when shared, can inspire others and confirm your testimony of the spiritual nature of the work. :) -Terri J.
