if you are inside the Family Tree part, the Search are in two place. The one that is in lower bar within Family Tree is for searching Family Tree only. The one that is at top most bar will take you out of Family Tree into the general area and you will see in same bar "Records" "Genealogies" "Catalog" "Books" "Wiki" This is where you find it. Thanks, people. I guess I was bamboozled by all the search options for family records and didn't try the search button at the very top. I should have figured that out but I am just now getting into Family Tree after avoiding it the past year.
