Here are two sets of scriptures which are encouraging and uplifting when we discuss family history and/or temple work.   I love the scriptures in Doctrine and Covenants 128 where there is great rejoicing for the work in the temples.   Another good section in the Doctrine and Covenants where President Joseph F. Smith saw the organization behind the veil so that the redemption of the dead could progress.   President Monson reminds us that when we are on the Lord's errand we have the support of the Lord. I have seen this promise answered many times in relation to family history and temple work -- not just in my own life but in the life of others.   I like to remind others that the key ingredient is love -- in any aspect of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
