Yep. I spoke with them. Sent them the excel file with all the PIDs and names and may 1/10 th were released if that. That's been almost a year ago. :-) BTW It isn't just me. Back in 2009 when I realized what was happening and spoke to SL engineers (not missionaries, not local helpers), they just gasped in the realization that every single temple up to that time had the same challenge with the slips already printed.
