    3. one thing I learned - DO NOT TRUST THOSE THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS! I meant Insight, and other applications. They're sources of MIS-merges. I got an email that was really infuriating - from the support, questioning in a hard-ball way about using these 3rd party applications. From what I observed on my lines and others, some will merge on dates alone, other by names alone, etc without looking at FULL records.
