Quite to the contrary. If they were not members when divorced, even one is not, spouse can still be sealed. I know from the fact of one member in my ward. She wasn't member at time of divorce, husband was. She was mother of all of his children and they're members. The stake president has information on this matter. If spouses were members at time of divorce, then it is not allowed until after death. W.
