    3. I think there is some misunderstanding and confusion regarding the term "Family Tree" as I look through the entries for today. There is one "Family Tree" available as a view option through new.familysearch.org. This one is only a different way of viewing the things in new.familysearch.org and making changes within the current new.familysearch.org And there is another "Family Tree" available through familysearch.org (not new.familysearch.org) that is available only for beta testing now. The one that is available for beta testing is the one in which you can add sources with links to images on the web. And where you are asked to give a "justification" for your changes. And where anyone can edit anyone's information regardless of who entered the information. A lot of great new options to really cleaning up the issues in the current new.familysearch.org! Ron Tanner did a presentation on it at RootsTech and it was assuming to see! The video presentation will be made available on rootstech.org at some future time according to their web site. Hope that helps! The Family Tree is the PUBLIC front for all. nFS will continue to be available to the members of church only for fixing and repairs, etc and available to non-members by invitation only but they won't see ordinances at all. The Family Tree that's up front will show ordinances for members of church and not show for non-members. Ordinances will be done from this place instead of nFS. I wish they'd spent their energy fixing the ordinances errors, legacy problems, and a lot of stuff instead of dolling up something that was working okay. Michele
