I hope someone on the list can help me with this problem. I made a submission through NFS this morning and when I tried to print it out nothing happened. I tried to print it again with the same results. Now the names are reserved for me (I checked in FamilyTree) but I have no way of doing them because I can't print the FOR. The submission doesn't show up when I click on Reprint Family Ordinance cards in NFS. The submission does show up in my reserved list but I can't change anything because the names show up as in progress. I checked the help center and made sure that none of the names I submitted had duplicates like the help center said. Are my relatives going to be stuck in limbo forever?? Thanks, Carrie Taylor in VA

This is a challenge for the NFS support team. Telephone them at 1-866-406-1830. You can't print out the form "reprint family ordinance cards" until the FOR form has been turned into a temple. Another thing you can do is telephone your family file staff at the Washington, DC temple. See if someone there has the expertise to assist you. The temples have access to some databases that the patrons do not have.
