Her record has been removed from the online IGI now. No, the PRF has nothing to do with temple submissions. The online IGI only had an indication that it was submitted by a member of the Church after 1991. It is NFS where you see the names of those who submit for temple work. Family Tree actually indicates the name next to the ordinance (when it hasn't been removed), but unfortunately there is an individual listed in NFS with the indication of the LDS Temple Records. It is my experience that that indicator is the person who is tied to the submission to the temple. At this point, I feel sorry for that person. There is an email address given, and they may be getting a lot of grief right now. I hope not, because I suspect this unfortunate lesson has been learned the hard way.
