I have the exact same problem. I log off, clear the cache, shut down the browser and go back to Ancestry and I am still logged in. It takes several attempts before it actually will let me log off at the FHC. Have been having the same problem at our FHC. Thought it was the patron who did not log out. Then tried it myself and found the same problem. Talked to Ancestry and they could not give me an answer. So just make sure you log out and then double check to make sure, if now log out again until it takes.
