    3. Helle, I didn't think anyone remembered giving talks in Sunday School any more. That seemed so long ago.   Harry WE should all be thankful for what we have. We all have to learn and go step by step. Was I stupid 32 years ago when I gave my first talk in Sunday school wearing a skirt and a T-shirt with bare shoulders? No - I do not think so - I had not learned what to wear. When we hurry and write something on this list, I believe we are "eagerly engaged" - and then when we go back and see what we should have seen in the first place - well, and then we have learned something and are not likely to forget it again. 3. I miss the sacrament twice every Sunday and singing and rehearsing songs for sacrament meeting. But most I miss the hours I spent with the other members between the meetings in their homes eating a sandwich and just being together - merely because it was too far to go home between meetings. But I know it was Sunday school because: :-) At that time women were not to speak in sacrament meetings as far as I remember. I was so new and so shaky about speaking - but the sun was shining. :-) Helle -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- Fra: lds-ward-consultant-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:lds-ward-consultant-bounces@rootsweb.com] På vegne af Harry Laughman Sendt: 2. maj 2009 22:53 Til: lds-ward-consultant@rootsweb.com Emne: Re: [LDS-WC] No-one is "stupid" Helle, I didn't think anyone remembered giving talks in Sunday School any more. 3. Hey, I gave my first 2.5 minute talk in Sunday School too! :-) :-) I was so scared I thought my heart was going to leap out of my chest! Thanks for the memory!
