Ed, Very much enjoyed your comments about the Laytons, and I was wondering if you could help me with our Layton puzzle. A Sarah Laton joined Concord Meeting in 1734 and married our original emigrant, Thomas Keeran, in 1737 ,and she then transferred to the Kenneth Meeting in Chester County, PA. They had a number of children, most of which I have been able to identify and trace, but I have been most unsuccessful in finding her family. There were quite a few Laytons in De and NJ, but as I said, no connection has been established. Any information you might have about Sarah or other Laytons living in the same location and time frame would be most appreciated. Kerns Norfleet
