Since you have the exact date, perhaps it came from a family record? My Boardvine Braswell who married Elizabeth Lawson b. 1803 NC, m. in Surry County, NC, in 1820, removed to Clinton County, KY, before 1830 and lived there the rest of their lives. There are still Braswells there today. I have been unable to document the relationship between Elizabeth Lawson and the rest of the Lawsons in Clinton County, KY.
