I don't know where she was born but when my husband I went back to Arkansas and stopped in at the mortuary there in Corning, Ark. and they had a Mrs.Julia Ann Beecher buried in a little cemetery out of Corning Arkansas. I can only take it that this woman is my great grandmother. Doctor Beecher and Julia Ann had a daughter, named Edna Rosalee. She married a DeWitt Peas. She is buried in the Neelyville Cemetery in Nellyville, Butler Co., Mo. Does this ring any bell with you? I'm trying to find my great-grandmother and I don't know if Julia Ann was married before she married my great grandfather or if the Ms. means miss.
