Our DNA tests match with 5 of the Hooker families in Patrick, Henry Co, found there in the mid to late 1700s. The earliest record of our David is 1830 census Scott Co Va. The DNA tests also show our Lawson Haplogroup as Q for Native American. I'd be interested to know as well, if anyone has any info on the Lawsons of Patrick Co.
