I have been searching for years trying to find the proof that Berry Lawson born abt 1775 in  Charlotte Co.Va. is the son of Nathan Lawson born 1755 in  King William Co.VA. I am a descendant of Berry through his daughter Sarah, born abt. 1820, Mercer Co. KY. who married Benjamin Mullenix in Decatur Co. IN. Everything I have found online says Berry is the son of Nathan, but there is never any proof mentioned. Can anyone help me with this proof? Thanks for your time. Jan in FL.
